Wir suchen Dich!
Im Back Office bei Volkswagen Losch Financial Services bist Du mitverantwortlich für alle Aufgaben rund um betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen sowie im Controlling. Du arbeitest selbständig in einem motivierten, jungen Team und sorgst für eine optimale Abwicklung in Deinem zugeteilten Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

Unterstützung im laufenden Tagesgeschäft des Back Office VWLFS mit Schwerpunkt Finance und Controlling
Weiterentwicklung und Erstellung des internen und externen Berichtswesens sowie Konzeption von Kalkulationsmodelle zur effektiven Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts;
Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und AdHoc Analysen für das Management;
Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung der IT-Workflows
Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Partner für betriebswirtschaftliche Themen für unsere Partner und zu den Muttergesellschaften (Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig und Losch Luxembourg);
Mitwirkung an Projekten

Dein Profil:

Studienabschluss im Bereich Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Automotive-Sektor oder Leasing
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Beherrschung von Analysetools
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und persönliches Engagement verbunden mit Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität;
Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen
MS-Office-Programmen
Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Crystal Reports, Datenbanken und Business
Intelligence sind von Vorteil
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch sowie Luxemburgisch wünschenswert

We are looking for you!
In the back office at Volkswagen Losch Financial Services, you will be responsible for all tasks relating to business analyses and controlling. You will work independently in a motivated, young team and ensure optimal processing in your assigned area.

Your tasks:

Supporting the day-to-day business of the VWLFS back office with a focus on finance and controlling
Further development and preparation of internal and external reporting and design of calculation models to effectively support day-to-day business
Carrying out target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses for management
Automation of processes and further development of IT workflows
Contact person for internal and external partners for business management topics as well as our shareholder Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig and Losch Luxembourg
Participation in projects

Your profile:

Degree in finance, business administration/economics, business informatics or similar.
First professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector or leasing
Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business contexts
Confident handling of figures and mastery of analysis tools
High level of motivation and personal dedication combined with the ability to work under pressure and flexibility
Very good knowledge of Excel and confident handling of the common MS Office programmes
In-depth knowledge of Crystal Reports, databases and Business Intelligence is an advantage
Intelligence are an advantage
Fluent in German and English, French and Luxembourgish are desirable

Au sein du département Back-Office de Volkswagen Losch Financial Services, tu es co-responsable de toutes les tâches liées aux analyses financières et au contrôle de gestion. Tu travailles de manière autonome au sein d'une équipe jeune et motivée et tu veilles à un traitement optimal des tâches qui te sont attribuées.

Tes tâches:

Support day-to-day des activités du Back-Office de VWLFS, principalement axées sur la finance et le contrôle de gestion.
Développement et production des rapports financiers à usage interne et externe
Suivi et analyse des résultats vs objectifs et production d'analyses ad-hoc pour la direction
Automatisation de process existants et participation aux développements IT, le cas échéant
Interlocuteur privilégié de nos partenaires internes et externes, y compris de nos actionnaires (Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig et Losch Luxembourg)
Participation active à différents projets au sein de l’entreprise.

Ton profil :

Formation de type supérieur dans le domaine de la finance, de la gestion d'entreprise ou similaire
Première expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur automobile et/ou de leasing
Excellentes capacités d'analyse et très bonne compréhension de la gestion d'entreprise
Faire preuve de flexibilité et de résistance au stress
Aisance avec les chiffres et maîtrise des outils d'analyse
Maitrise d'Excel et des programmes MS-Office
Des connaissances approfondies de Crystal Reports, de bases de données et de la Business Intelligence sont un avantage
Maitrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, le français et le luxembourgeois sont des atouts
